Track just about anything in WordPress with Google Analytics

Iwordimpress-logo recently wrote a blog post for WordImpress.com where I work Priority Support. WordImpress is a premium WordPress plugin shop with some awesome products such as Google Places Review Widget and the amazing Give Donation plugin. See all of their plugins here.

The post titled “Track Just About Anything with Google Analytics Click Tracking” is a tutorial on how to use the plugin WP Google Analytics Events to track what your website visitors click on such as links or buttons. By tracking these click “events” in Google Analytics you can then cross-reference with other data such as Conversions to see how many visitors clicked on links or buttons and did (or did not) complete a transaction or take further action.
